Hi, Mike. I initiated the Bhojpuri work in 1989. It was four years before we saw our first new church. Today there are more than 80,000 churches and 2.8 million baptisms. I had many partners in the work. The primary one was Victor John. Victor continues to lead the work. I have not been directly involved in the work since 2004. This work is one of the oldest and largest Church Planting Movements (CPM). Thousands of leaders from many different organizations are responsible for the success of this movement.

Blessings!

Hi, Jon. The Discovery Bible Study was developed by me and my team. It is a very simple guided inductive Bible Study process that can be done by literate or illiterate individuals or groups. It works best in the group process, but can be used easily for individual studies. You can see more about this at by training blog www.cpmtr.org. My staff will be sending copies of the studies to you. How to use them is included in each study guide. Please give us feedback on how they work for you.

Blessings!

Hi David, cant find yr email so hence this comment. We gather you are in Jburg in April; is there anyway we could get you down to CT for a day or two with our guys - we will have 50+ mainly Africans who are being trained for cpm on our CPx school. they will still be working here in the local townships before leaving for other places at the end of April. Floyd McClung & a number of us would love to learn all we can from you as we seek to initiate a movement from here. after a year we have about 30 churches, 400 people and are launching our version of T4T this weekend.
can you reply to my email address. look forward to hearing from you. Alexander.

David,
I found your blog via Guy Muse and look forward to reading your thoughts. I absolutely agree with you and have posted on my own blog the same sentiments. To plant church is to plant a set of ideals or a format or an agenda. We are about planting Christ and allowing Him to grow the body as He sees fit.
