		<description>Hi, Gary.  A POP is someone who will engage in spiritual conversation, allow you access to his/her family or affinity group, and will facilitate the Gospel entering that group.

You have to know how to meet new people, engage them in spiritual conversation, move the conversation to the family or affinity group, and coach the new group through guided Bible studies.  

Relationship is everything.
