		<description>Sounds right on to me. interestingly I&#039;ve never heard it put quite that way. You&#039;re insight seems to expose an understanding of personality and giftedness. It also gives freedom for those who would rather not build on another&#039;s foundation while admiring those who are able to serve untiringly at shepherding a flock. </description>
