This is a dynamically inspired process. And I believe that the process will be greatly strengthened when the initial collection of individuals is composed of families, fathers and mothers and their children, or several such families in a group of not more than 15-20 individuals. And the fathers should each be entrusted with a spirit-directed ministry to help each member of his family to grasp and to begin to practice the spirit-produced truth of the session. I think that this a basic role for fathers that is well demonstrated throughout the history of God's revelation and instructions in the Bible.
